A professional fly fishing guide service est. 2001

We are one of the oldest and most reliable Blue Ridge fly fishing guide services in Georgia. Floating and wading our streams and rivers 7 days a week and 52 weeks per year being closed only on Easter and Christmas. Our Guide/Outfitter permit allows us over 4,500 miles of fishable water in the Chattahoochee National Forest. Tired of fishing with inadequate guides? Want to learn to become an efficient caster from an actual instructor? Give Us a Call, We’ll Hook You Up!

North Georgia Fly Fishing Guides - Let one of our Pro-Guides take you on your next Blue Ridge Mountains fly fishing adventure and experience true "Southern Hospitality". Fly Fish around small quaint Appalachian Mountain towns like Blue Ridge, Blairsville, Ellijay, Clarkesville, Cleveland, and Dahlonega. Witness the spectacular scenery and fly fishing in some of the most attractive waters in our state! Whether fly fishing for trout in a mountain stream or river, you'll love the seclusion and peacefulness you get while being out in nature's beauty. Just imagine yourself passing by towering Hemlock trees, the smell of the woods, and the sounds of a rushing stream as it cascades by. And in all this beauty, just imagine yourself as you land a trout on a fly rod!

Georgia has much to offer the fly fishing enthusiast with the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest. The latest research shows over 4,500 miles of water that supports trout and 1,500 miles of this supports natural reproduction.

There are several streams in this area to choose from and we have two Delayed Harvest streams nearby. Many streams are open year-round and some are only minutes away.

Thumbtack Best of 2016

Ellijay Fly Fishing

On the Cartecay River or Mountaintown Creek: Maybe two of the closest trophy fly fishing waters to Atlanta and both only minutes from beautiful Ellijay. Our sections are now in their sixth year of being trophy managed.

Blue Ridge Fly Fishing

On the Toccoa River or at Noontootla Creek Farms: The Toccoa River has two sections, a 15 mile stretch known as the tailwater and the upper which is roughly 4 miles and includes a Delayed Harvest section. NCF is a beautiful meandering stream loaded with wild rainbow and brown trout.

Dahlonega Fly Fishing

Fly Fishing Dahlonega at Frog Hollow or Valley at Suches: Enjoy a lazy day on the Chestatee Fly Fishing at Frog Hollow or on the headwaters of the Toccoa River hammering reel screaming rainbows and browns at the Valley at Suches.

Clarkesville Fly Fishing

On the Soque River at Fern Valley or Riverside: Both beautiful properties have easy access loaded with large rainbows and browns that will test any reel’s drag system.

Fly Fishing North Georgia

Unlike many fly shops or other individual guides, we operate a network of highly professional guides that live throughout the entire North Georgia region. This allows us with our Outfitter/Guide National Forest Permit to operate where others simply cannot go. Let our us help you unlock the 4,000 plus miles of possibilities!

"I just wanted to drop you a note, Jeremiah was absolutely outstanding. His knowledge of the waters, where the fish were, what they were hitting, were all spot on and flawless. Not sure if he told you, 14 hookups and 10 fish landed. As a fellow business owner, your employees/sub contractors can make or break you, Jeremiah is one you need to hang onto. His passion for fishing shows in his guiding. I will definitely be back and will use your guide service again."

"Great guys, big fish!

Great Service! The guides give great tips for beginners and experienced fishermen alike and of course, expect fish in the net! Give them a call, and prepare for an epic day on the water. Surely was for me!"

“James was right there to help me get the fish out of the net for photos and was also taking plenty of pics for us along the way - which he promptly emailed to us right after so that we'd have them. My boyfriend caught the largest trout he's ever caught here in GA. He was so happy at the end of our trip and has been talking non-stop about it ever since. A+++++++++ all the way around!!"

"My husband and our two teenage daughters booked a fly fishing trip with Reel’em In guide service during our summer vacation.  We met the guides, James and Carter, who were just amazing.  They demonstrated patience, expertise, and professionalism.  I would definitely recommend booking a trip with them.  We’re looking forward to doing this again with James an Carter as our guides."

"Went on a fishing trip guided by Dave Hulsey.  It could not have been a better trip.  It was my son’s first day on a fly rod.  David had him catching fish in an hour.  David was knowledgeable, patient and quick.  I have used other guides in the area.  David was head and shoulders above the rest."
